Wir wollen, dass du mit den Kunden mitfühlst, sie für dich gewinnst und ihnen hilfst, wenn mal etwas schief geht. Es ist uns wichtig, dass du dich um unsere Kunden bemühst und Interesse daran hast, eine Beziehung zu ihnen aufzubauen. Aber nicht nur unsere Kunden sollten dir am Herzen liegen, sondern auch das interne Team.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Schriftliche Kommunikation mit Spielern auf Deutsch und Englisch;
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit;
• Kunden via Live Chat und E-Mail helfen;
• Dazu bereit Adhoc-Aufgaben zu übernehmen, z. B. Texte für die Webseite schreiben

Voraussetzungen:

• Vorhergehende Erfahrungen im Kundenservice oder ähnliche Bereiche
• Teamplayer mit positiver Einstellung
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, schriftlich und mündlich
• Du bist engagiert und kannst dir eine Karriere in der iGaming Industrie vorstellen
Bewerber müssen 18 Jahre oder älter sein und ein einwandfreies polizeiliches Führungszeugnis haben.

Our clients Customer Service Team is the pulsating heart of our customer experience. Have you got the passion, knowledge and skills necessary to provide absolute world class customer service? Could you also do it in impeccable, flawless writing and speech? If so – match made in heaven! We are looking for team players who really understand our customers.

We want you to feel with them, win with them and sometimes help them, if something goes wrong. It is important to us that you care about the people you come in touch with, and that you have interest in building relationships. Both to your team and to your customers.

What you’ll be doing
• Written and efficient communication with the players in German and English;
• Willing to work shifts;
• Helping customers via live chat and e-mail;
• Having an outstanding can-do personality;
• Be prepared to take on additional ad hoc responsibility such as writing content, etc.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication and IT-skills
  • Fluent in German and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record Ambitious and can imagine a future career in the iGaming industry.
