Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Skriftlig och effektiv kommunikation mot spelare på svenska, norska och engelska
  • Hjälpa kunder via live-chatt och e-post
  • Skiftarbete
  • Ad-hoc uppgifter t.ex. skriva texter etc.

What you’ll be doing as an Swedish Customer Service Representative

  • Written and efficient communication with the players in Swedish and English;
  • Willing to work shifts;
  • Helping customers via live chat and e-mail;
  • Having an outstanding can-do personality;
  • Be prepared to take on additional ad hoc responsibility such as writing content, etc.

Requirements for Swedish Customer Service Representative

Previous experience in customer service or similar.

A team player with a positive attitude.

Good communication and IT-skills

Fluent in Swedish and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record

Ambitious and can imagine a future career in the iGaming industry.
